Hey all,
so here's why I'm asking... I average about 1,600 - 1,700 kcals per day maybe less and additionally in terms of workouts: 2 bodyweight workouts, 2-3 cardio days (jogging). My Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) is around 2,300 kcals (I like to lowball myself) and I'm obviously eating less. I've done a caloric deficit before years ago when I was younger but I still feel like I pooped pretty regularly granted I was eating meat and now I'm a pescatarian although I don't really eat fish everyday so mostly veggies, lentils, etc.
I've gone to the doctor about constipation and tbh it wasn't that much help. I drink A LOT of water, eat a decent amount of fiber (aim for at least 50g a day) and I exercise. Honestly the whole thing just makes me feel uneasy for some reason lmao but I'm pretty sure it's because I'm eating less and burning more calories??? maybe I'm just not having as much waste.
