Help???

Hey, y’all. So I have a quick question. I had two really bad cheat days back to back and I’m feeling very guilty about them. I basically ate about 2156 calories over my 1500-1600 calorie limit in those two days. So how do I bounce back and get on track from that? I basically do not exercise. I was thinking of multiplying my 1600 calories limit by 2 and subtracting the 2156 so I can get my calorie limit for two days. Basically in 2 days, I’m supposed to eat max 3200. So 3200-2156= 1044. I then divide that 1044 by 2 and then get 522. So 522 is my calorie limit for the next two days to make up for my screw up. Will that help me stay on track so I won’t gain anymore weight?
