I’ve been doing keto for almost exactly 3 months now. You can see the initial keto water loss and then the smooth transition to 3+ lbs lost per week vs 2 or less before
I’ve found that keto and cico combined with IF has been very manageable.
Before keto I had issues feeling full. I had never been able to make a keto diet work before, but this time I added electrolytes, multivitamin, minerals, and fiber.
Recently I’ve further restricted my calories to 1500 and I’ve had less issues than expected. My appetite is less on keto.
In total, I’ve lost 70 lbs. 51 lbs since using the lose it app. I only eat meat and dairy, though I do have a bit of tomato sauce in a curry I make.
Starting weight in December: 315 lbs Current weight: 245 Goal: 165-175 depending on muscle gains I work out and dance 2 hrs daily, my net calorie consumption is about 500. 1500-1000=500
