Final 15 lbs of hell (40M) 232lbs -> 195. Goal weight is 180. Any suggestions?

So over the past six months via healthy eating and exercise I lost close to 35 lbs. I wish to make it down 15 more pounds but so far what I'm doing pretty much stopped working. I admit this has discouraged me to the point where I feel I'm slipping back to old habits (especially since bars/restaurants are starting to open again).

To lose the weight I've counted calories, exercised with HIIT work outs, jogged 4-6 K and when I started noticing my progression stop I threw in bike riding over the jogging (too hot for jogs).

My diet has been high in protein and I've cut out close to all carbs.

I'm curious what others have done to melt the last 15 lbs as it seems what I am doing is pretty much keeping me where I'm at.

Thank you for your advice.
