Any advice on how to lose ten pounds relatively quickly and keep it off?

I'm 5'4 f and I weigh 137 pounds. When I started quarantining because of the pandemic, I gained ten pounds because I slowly started eating more junk food and started exercising less. Since then I got my weight back on track and I lost the ten pounds I gained. My weight loss plateaued and I haven't lost any more weight. Any suggestions? I've tried low carb diets which worked at first but, then I regained the weight after stopping and it would give me headaches. I've tried counting calories which was really restrictive and also caused a weight loss plateaue and regain. I've been limiting the amount of processed sugar I eat and I haven't had any type of soda/fruit juices/sweetened beverages in like a month. I feel healthier but I still think I look chubby. Advice?
