All or nothing advice

I have been off and on dieting for as long as I can remember. I am 6'1 and hover around 280-315 pounds. I recently joined noom and found it to be really helpful for the first few weeks and lost about 15 pounds.
The problem is I find any excuse to not follow through on eating healthy, binge, and fall into an all or nothing thought pattern. I have lost and gained the same 3 pounds over the last 3 weeks. I have started picking at leftovers, overeating, making plates of food before bed and wandering in and out of the kitchen for the better part of my evening. I have held my self accountable by at least recording the food when I go over. I have lurked here for awhile and see so many people make so many healthy changes.
Does anyone have advice?
