Just venting a little. And sorry, I'm on mobile I know there are heaps of factors in why I haven't lost anything, such as muscle weighing more and it takes time. But I weighed myself out of curiosity after living without a scale for 2 and a half years, and I'm a bit disappointed. I also have the same body measurements as three years ago. I consider myself to be a relatively healthy eating person, my weakness is pizza that I'll have once every two weeks but for the majority I eat a lot of broccoli, mushrooms and lentils for dinner, salad wraps for lunch and oats for breakfast. I don't eat dairy and only rarely eat meat. I've upped my workout plans and started a more intense workout a few days ago, I'm hoping I'll see more results in a few months. But for the progress I've made, I am proud of myself, I can feel my arms and legs are stronger and that feels good. I went from almost never working out to working out every second day, rest days on the off days and some cardio on my rest days.
