A surprising scale victory

For the last few months since lockdown started I can count the number of times I've left the house. I haven't been for daily exercise or anything and even the limited walking I was able to do previously stopped (I have been shielding). I've basically been sat at my desk the whole time. I really struggled to get my usual salads because the supermarket would only deliver once a week max with a minimum £40 spend so I've been eating way more frozen stuff and junk than I normally would.

I didn't weigh myself once because I felt like I'd put on a ton of weight and wasn't ready to deal with that. Finally got on the scales tonight and I'd lost 15lbs since March - without even trying! I'm honestly confused, since I feel like I look like I've put weight on. Happy days though!
