I went from 175 - 220 post pregnancy, back down to 167 and then I binged myself to 230 and I literally wanna cry. How did I let myself do that to myself 😭🥺 I know in part it's part of stress from raising a baby alone to not working, being indoors for 2 years with the only outings is a trip to the groccery store.
They say it takes 21 days to build a habit and i've had a year of building my sugar addiction. I really need someone I can Text via Kik when I feel like binging. And i'd like to be that friend for you too. We can watch a movie together online, zoom, etc. Anything to be distracted from the food. We can even workout together via zoom.
