I've been on this journey for a year and more "hardcore" since March. I'm in a healthy weigh range but have some pounds left to go. I just want to have a flat stomach and weigh my ideal weight that I've calculated. I am starting to prepare how I will go into maintenance and then maintain and thoughts have come up. The idea of JUST maintaining what you have seems so foreign. I will still live a lightly active lifestyle which I've learned to enjoy but thinking that I wouldn't want to lose more fat seems so fake.
I am having a hard time with the idea that I can come to a point when I won't wanna be losing more weight? I feel like all my life all I've heard is people wanting to lose a few more pounds and then a few more. Will I want to stay at my GW? Will it be enough?
Am I actually going to not want to lose more? Please share your experiences around goal weight and how you've felt.
