I have been trying to lose weight for years. I did successfully lose 15lbs over the course of several months last year. But in the past year, nothing seems to work.
I eat amazingly, low carb high protein and lots of vegetables (i do have occasional cheat days maybe twice a month or so.) i exercise 300 minutes a week, about half of that is cardio half is strength, sleep 7+ hours a night, drink a ton of water. I even did a metabolism reset for 3 months last august and then gradually reduced back to a calorie deficit of 1550.
I have lot 5lbs since November! that's it. Nothing is working. Im not losing fat either bcuz my measurements wont budge.
Im at a wits end and ready to give up, it all feels pointless. (Btw, i am a 15 year old girl, 5 foot 5 weigh 179, 30 inch waist. about 27% body fat.)
What do i do? why is nothing working?
