TEN POUNDS DOWN

I need a /congratikeimfive everyone! I went to the doctor in February, and I knew I was overweight, morbidly obese even, but I weighed a disappointing 393lbs...for reference I’m 6’5”, so I hide it a little better than some.

ANYWAY, I just weighed myself for the first time since that appointment and I weigh 384.4!!! I’ve been trying, and mostly succeeding, to do 18:6 or 16:8 at least IF and trying to maintain a mostly keto diet. We rarely go over 20g carbs for the day and eat mostly eggs and meat. But I still drink beer and binge the occasional bag of chips or something. But I’m so happy that this small ass change in my life has lost me weight.

I can’t wait to see what more determination will result in hahaha
