So a few days ago I had to go to a type1 diabetes clinical appt (I'm a teenager with type 1 so losing weight can be hard for me!) And even though I'm still overweight I've lost 2 kgs in the last 2 months during quarantine/lockdown!! Down to 86.1kgs!! I am super proud of myself and it's making me feel alot more confident. I am super self-conscious about my weight and the fact that I cant fast etc because I'll have a hypoglycemic and then have to eat really sugary foods.
Little improvements make me feel so much more confident!
Sidenote- 86.1kgs to lbs is roughly 189pounds. My next goals is deciding to try get to 180 pounds. Working with pounds rather than kgs is weirdly helpful for me.
