Lost 25 pounds without trying, can't seem to lose anymore while trying

I'm 17, 5'9, and weight 175 lbs. I have pretty evenly distributed fat but I'm desperately trying to get rid of my stomach/thigh fat. During my track season, I lost 25 lbs without really trying to diet or anything. I would go to practices/meets and come home to a pizza or steak & cheese or something. But during quarantine, I have been stuck at 175 for the longest time. I've been going through many ups and downs when trying to lose weight. I've been using the treadmill for 3 - 5 days a week but when I do a really great job on the treadmill (ex burn 600 calories) I use it at an excuse to overeat and end up eating above my calorie limit. At the beginning of the week, I usually do a great job with eating under my calories, exercising etc. but later in the week, I end up getting lazy and eating takeout/drinking more soda/stop tracking my calories. Then I give myself the excuse 'Oh on Sunday I'll start eating better again' and it has been like this for maybe a month. I've also noticed when I start tracking my calories, I seem to think about food all the time. This is the reason why I've maintained 175 lbs for the past month now. Is there any way to help stop this?

Sorry if my grammar is off, I'm kind of just venting.
