Long story short I stepped on a scale out of curiosity about a week ago and I’m almost 300lbs. I’ve gotten way out of control.
Starting tomorrow I will choose foods that truly nourish my body. I will be active in some way, even if I have to start small. Starting tomorrow I choose me.
It’s currently less than 20 minutes away from the rest of my life, and I’m going to stick with it this time. I’ve downloaded C25K, meal prepped my breakfasts and lunches for the week, and I’m in a really good headspace. I’m really going to work hard at maintaining motivation. Hopefully once I’m in a good routine I can start to kick a different type of bad habit (smoking)
