So I stumbled upon this picture on Instagram. I notice that the page that posted it is a pro Keto page which I've got nothing against personally but so far I've always stuck with CICO and it's gotten me pretty far.
Currently I look like the girl on the right, so essentially what you can say is I am healthy but can lose a few vanity pounds. I'm just wondering how does one go from the right to the left? I've started working out and jogging and I can see my physique changing slightly, but I don't think that in any way can I be that tiny as the girl on the left. I'm eating slightly less cals but weight wise I've been maintaining. My goals are to lose fat and recomp. Any tips from those who've lost the little extra?
