Help I’m skinnyfat and want to get to skinny

Hi there I’m lurked on here before but before I start I was 207lbs and am currently 146 and I’m skinny fat I’ll look thinner with a shirt but when I take it off I look fat with moobs and some wide hips or curves. My goal is get skinny not bone skinny but thin or slim like a Korean model is my goal and I like to wear their fashion but due to love handles and muffin topping it doesn’t look good. I use mfp and have a regular resistance training regiment I follow. I have done my best to not indulge constantly in sweets or crap. I did these past few weeks but oh well mistakes happen and I’m on a roll right now. Am I doing something wrong or am I just being impatient?
