I have a problem with losing weight and it happens every single damn time and it is so frustrating!
So I'm 6ft and my weight fluctuates between about 108kg and 130kg, which is quite dramatic. Basically I get to the top end, look at myself with all the hate and disgust and I diet. Takes months but I slowly work the weight down to about the lower end. I always strive towards 95kg but can never get into double figures.
The same thing always happens. I start exercising. The moment I start exercising, everything slows down. I know that healthy diet and exercise is the healthiest route but as soon as I exercise the number stops dropping and I get angry and frustrated and lose all momentum and end up back at the top end a few weeks later. Every. Damn. Time.
I hate it. It ruins everything everytime. It's not like I'm bodybuilding or even doing any lifting. I bike. About 25 miles a week.
I'm currently only 4 weeks into my most recent dieting effort. I have been losing 2/3 kg a week by restricting calorie intake. It has been great! And this week I decided to start the process of exercising again. Dusted the bike off and biked 20 miles over 3 workouts. 0.3kg lost this week. What a joke.
So now I'm in bed avoiding eating at all costs because I've lost all motivation to continue. I'm only >10 kg down and want to give up altogether because it isn't worth the effort!
Someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong because I can't take another failure at this!
