Have been diligently tracking my calories for a week with exercising on an elliptical and gained 3 lbs

F (5’2 CW: 193 SW:190 GW:130)

I made the decision after having my second baby 2.5 months ago to lose weight. I was waiting until my body was in a good place after birth and establishing breastfeeding to start the calorie deficit and working out, and I started 2 weeks ago today. I stayed at 190 all week last week (weigh ins are on sundays) and as of yesterday, I’ve gained 3 lbs! How?!

I can’t eat at too much of a deficit because my milk supply will suffer, so I eat about 2000-2300 calories (which is already bare minimum for breastfeeding and working out) and on top of that I do the elliptical for about 45 mins every day while doing a recumbent bike while just “lounging around” instead of sitting around. I also just have to keep up with my toddler, so that’s a lot of running around too.

What could I possibly be doing wrong?! I’m so upset I’m crying. I know at this point that my weight directly impacts my self-worth, and I want to fix that, but for right now I’m just devastated and now I have to lose 3 more lbs on top of the 60 lbs I already have to lose. I feel disgusting.
