Has anyone else had their period drastically change since they started losing weight?

I started my journey in January and since then my periods have been normal. I have kept track of all my weights and measurements and when I went back, I never really noticed huge fluctuations. There were weeks where I stalled that I figured was due to my period but this month it's a whole new game. My period is way heavier than it usually is, I'm visibly bloated, I'm having much stronger cramps than usual, I am craving ALL OF THE SWEETS (which is something I never had before), and gained 3 pounds overnight (I know it's water weight but I've never had such a big jump). I feel like I need to put the scale away for a week because now I feel so defeated. I just wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else before? Do you just avoid the scale for that week and hope it goes back to normal?
