Forcing yourself to exercise (Superfat)

33F, 5'7", 426lbs

Alright. I've attempted to walk and use resistance bands for the past few weeks. And by saying attempted, I mean that I start walking, and after about 10 minutes, just kind of...get bored and stop. I'm not particularly tired, not particularly sore. I just have no motivation to keep going.

Same with resistance bands. I have a routine that I know works for my body, but I just can't seem to bring myself to finish it. I do maybe 5 reps and then stop.

Is this a common thing? How do I force myself to keep going? I am very much a fan of instant gratification, and giving in to myself; whether it be food cravings, shopping sprees, sex, etc.
