Hey guys. So I’ve been doing keto on and off for two to three years. Every time I do it I shed weight and the minute I stop, I gain it all back. I’ve tried dieting, counting calories, eating clean and trying to exercise more. Nothing gets me to lose weight except for keto
But here’s the thing: I don’t wanna be on keto anymore. I don’t like how I feel, it’s hard to keep up and my skin gets so bad eating all the fat. How do I lose weight healthily without keto? I’ll also be exercising 4 times a week.
I have about 30 pounds to go and I just really want to lose the weight once and for all, and not yo-yo again like I have been for the last few years.
