Trying to lose weight. I am around 135 lbs trying to get down to 120 lbs or less.
Breakfast - Smoothie
Frozen blueberries, ice, spinach, nectarine, half a pear, two mandarins, around 200ml oatmilk.
Lunch - (what my mother cooks)
Veggie burger, mashed potatoes, carrots, peas, stir fried veg.
Dinner - Salad
Iceberg lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, chickpeas, hummus, vegan mayo
Snacks - nuts, popcorn, dark chocolate, chocolate rice cakes
I brisk walk for 30 minutes every day and do around 10 minutes of leg raises, ab crunches, exercises with resistance band, etc.
Idk why but still finding it hard to lose weight...
