So the top pictures were me (5ft8) at my heaviest about 22 months ago, about 275lbs and the bottom picture of me is this morning at around 210lbs. Progress has been slow as I've not always stuck to clean eating 100% but overall my lifestyle has changed dramatically and I can honestly say that I'd rather lose the weight slower and continue making better changes for life. This morning I was feeling a bit down as I haven't seen the scale budge a single lb since March, but I have recently took up yoga and have been doing some Hiit workouts and I feel so much better. I'm slightly bummed I never took measurements since through my journey but I've went from UK size 22 to being somewhere between a 14/16 now. I've tried multiple things keto, slimming world, fasting, CICO and I've found the best thing is generally just getting loads more fruit and veg, and nutritious meals, keeping an eye on calories, not eating refined sugar and carbs and just keeping active.
