I got a gym membership to Planet Fitness before the new year and have been going fairly regularly. However, on the days I don’t go I am usually making up for it by ruining my diet and eating worse than I would under normal circumstances. Already almost a month into the new year, and I believe if anything I’ve gained weight. With my personality, I need complete discipline to accomplish anything, and without it, I end swallowed by all my bad habits to an unhealthy degree. It’s discouraging, but nothing’s going to help but discipline. No more lazy days, no more binging sessions. I need absolute discipline in order to achieve my goals.
