What are some tips to avoid restrictions and eat more sustainability?

Hi guys, im asking this question because I want to keep my weight off. In my past attempts at losing weight, I gained it back every time because of the binge and restrict cycle. I would go on a strict diet but eventually I’d cave and be tired of “dieting.” I still have issues labelling foods as good and bas foods which only makes me want these things more. And if I eat the bad foods, I’m a failure for the day. I also struggle immensely with making healthy food choices on a daily basis. I want to change my eating habits once and for all, But I’m unsure of how to quit dieting. I don’t know how to lose weight without going all or nothing. I don’t know how to eat the “bad” foods I love in moderation without binging. I just want to have healthy habits for life and if I’m a bit heavier for it, then so be it. Just tired of this constant diet culture that leads me to crave even more.

Wondering what helped you guys, all sorts of advice is needed :)
