Help me

Right here I go, this won't be the typical I did xxx today.

I'm struggling.

I find it so hard to lose weight, I'm a natural procrastinatior and keep telling myself I will do it tomorrow, do it later, do it next week. Even right now when I should really be doing uni work but I'm sat here freaking out.

I have a holiday in April and for the last 3 months I've been saying I'll do it tomorrow etc until its now 3 months away and a few days, I'm currently 20 year old and 6 foot 1 and weighing about 20 stone which is 127kg I believe, I don't feel I look obese if I'm honest, I am definately overweight but my clothes and height mask it well I believe.

What is a quite intensive process I can do to try cut as much as possible till April because I'm currently freaking out about not being able to go. I'm bored of saying tomorrow to myself and I need to start doing something, so far today I've started to buy some decent food in for calorie intake and have bought the minted boiled potatoes and some chicken to grill.

What is an effective diet and exercise plan which may work for me, managed to do fasting for a few days which didn't go too horribly till the Christmas season and I've tried to calorie in calorie out but still unsure.
