So I found this thread and was hoping someone may have some tips for me! My wedding is in October and while I know that's a bit away, I've been having some problems with my weight. I'm 5' 6" and weigh around 165. I want to be happy with my body but I was already wanting to shed a few pounds even before the engagement. When that happened I thought it would be great motivation to start hitting the gym and losing weight. Unfortunately, I have done the opposite. When I bought my dress 3 months ago it was too big... Now it won't close 😠I keep trying to eat better and I was going to the gym a couple weeks but I just felt like I didn't have any energy at all when I did. I thought I could do this but I'm starting to wonder how other women actually find a way to commit or even force themselves to do SOMETHING. I know it's up to me but any tips would be so helpful!
