I started my weightloss journey on December 26 at 93.6 kg. Today I'm 91.5 kg and I'm going to go on till I reach healthy weight. I'm 5"1 and put on 35 kgs in past four years due to unhealthy eating habits and hypothyroidism , PCOD, lots of mental stress and trauma. I kept eating all the time and never excercised , but I was a very active kid before. I didn't know when things started to get out of hand. I was 93 I tried a lot of fad diets but was never able to keep up. It was so frustrating. I started on calorie counting and 45 mins of workout everyday, it's day 15 and I wish to continue the healthy lifestyle even if I'm not obese anymore.
