123kg, 178cm, male
For the last week i have been eating 1500 calories/day and im feelin' good, barely hungry at all. I usually eat two times a day and an orange in the morning.
I think i eat like crap though. I have been eating a lot of canned ravioli, half a can per meal for 388 calories. Yesterday i had a 350gram frozen pizza, the kind you heat in the oven for 850 calories and later some pasta and fish for the remaining 650 calories.
Sometimes i add some broccoli or peas to a meal but mostly i just want to get the eating over with so i can go in about my day.
Am i doing it wrong? Thoughts?
