Somebody commented on my progress today!

I started losing weight in January 2019 at 295lbs, currently I'm about ~204lbs so I'm ~91lbs down. Up until today only 2 people had noticed my progress, one simply asked "have you lost weight?", the other was more ecstatic saying "you've lost a f**king s**t ton of weight!".

But today at work I ran into a friend from high school who I haven't seen in about a year and a half. I work in a cafe so I as I was making her drink she just out-of-the-blue said "you've lost a lot of weight" and before I had a chance to even turn towards her she said "I mean in a good way haha".

This was awesome! Seriously, it gave me such a mood boost. It was incredibly kind of her to even comment on it and it really helped me. I still struggle with not feeling the progress I've made, so when people comment on it without being prompted at all, it helps a lot!
