But I'm not worried about it, it's merely a bump in a much longer road. I did pay for it on the scale today when my weight jumped up 2 lbs, but I'm expecting that that is a lot of water weight (some of it definitely isn't but I didn't eat 7000 calories more than I burn which is about 2500 don't) but I expect it to be gone in the next few days and my weight to continue on a downward trend, I may be 1-2 days further behind, but what is that in the scheme of life
Little bumps happen, you can deal and keep moving on. I even logged and weighed while I was eating a ton of garbage just to keep myself honest.
