Seeing changes in body but not on scale

Alright, so I was/am a bodybuilder by hobby, I do not compete nor do I want to. When I was the most lean, had a six pack, very toned arms and legs, I was 135 lbs. (F22) My first year weightlifting I went from 126 lbs (no abs) to 135 lbs (with abs)I could fluctuate comfortably with a still somewhat defined stomach at 138-140 lbs. That was a year ago. I started medical school and I’m now 150 lbs. I would still be considered “lean.” But compared to what I once looked like, I really hate the extra 10-15 lbs I put on. I’ve been back on the horse for a week now, counting calories, macros and doing 15 min of cardio with 45 min-an hour of lifting every day (5-6x/wk). I weighed in on Sunday and had lost absolutely no weight at all. I almost cried. I think I look leaner in the mirror but I don’t know. Guess I need some encouragement, similar stories, tricks, advice, etc. And no I did not “cheat” over the weekend aside from a lowball glass of whiskey over ice, but nothing above my deficit calories and only the one drink.
