I’m not sure this is the right place (please point in a better direction!) but I want to add protein to my morning smoothies to help keep me fuller longer with the ultimate goal of losing 70 pounds. I’m lactose intolerant and don’t like whey or casein protein, but I’ve read egg white protein powder doesn’t help you lose weight. I recently started adding chia seeds which I like but would love the extra protein with fewer calories.
While we’re here, any other suggestions for adding nutrients to my smoothies? I LOVE adding spinach, cauliflower, and avocado to get extra veggies in! I also use coconut yogurt, Fairlife milk, and frozen fruit.
