I’m 30 and starting to lose weight again. Currently really feeling like I will stick to it. I’ve lost a bit of weight a few times before but am at my heaviest again. Newly. I saw the scale read 165 the other day and it’s the highest I’ve been. So I am getting back to CICO. For Pete’s sake I can’t keep buying new clothes and feeling this physically uncomfortable. I’ve also had some aches and pains over the past couple years that I can’t help if losing weight would help.
Anyway, I am definitely getting ahead of myself but I want to hear what other short ladies eat for maintenance calories when they have reached their goal weight. Is it still 1200 because we’re short? 1500?
