My weight started with a 2 for the first time in 7 years!

It's an exciting feeling! I've always been a big guy however back in high school I played football and was a wrestler so I always stayed in relatively decent shape. After high school though I started putting on more and more weight until last April I weighed myself for the first time in a year or so and I saw 405lbs on the scale.

It was a seriously eye opening moment and I started to take my health seriously again. Now after 9 months and countless hours of walking/jogging I weighed in at 299lbs! My goal weight is 200lbs and it feels great to break the halfway mark!

I've been following this subreddit and a few others like it for quite some time now on and just wanted to say how great this community is and how big of an inspiration so many of you are! Any time I felt like quitting or taking a day off I would browse through posts and see some of the insane progress people are making here and it kept me going! So thank you guys for being awesome!
