Im on low carb diet and ive tried my best to avoid eating rice but today i took a small handful because there wasnf any other food around. My question is should i cut it out of my diiet completely
Im on 1200 calories only a day. And im doing atleast 2 kilometers of cardio a day. Is this enough to start losing fat?.
And if i cannot eat rice what other food
Should i not eat at all
Im relying on eggs for breakfast
Lunch for protein such as chicken or fish
And dinner for sandwiches
So basically im on a low carb diet
Im doing cardio everyday And excersises
And im only eating 1.2k calories a day
No sugar and no snacks. No salt or anything like that
Is this enough to lose weight?
