Lost on the start

Hi all. I have always been fat since the age of 7. Grew up with terrible habits regarding food and exercise. Bad foods or no food at all. Eat whatever you can because who knows when we'll have food again. Exercise? Who does that? Just don't eat and you'll lose weight. They failed to mention the part where it comes right back. Now I'm 34 and short 5'1". And 210lbs. And wide. At 120lbs I had a 40" hip. One time I did p90x four days in a row and that was the extent of trying to get in shape. I stopped bc my muscles got jittery on me and it freaked me out. I never tried again because lazy and other reasons. 2 pregnancies in 2 years later I still gotta fix this mess. Any good beginners programs? Im looking for a way to kind of ease into the lifestyle change plus fix my sciatica and general weakness. General advice I guess? I gotta be able to chase my daughter lol. Thanks for reading
