I don't know what happened, I was good all week, even almost 2 weeks. Strict on everything to perfection, but today as if I was under a trance. I walked into the pizza place and ordered 2 large pizzas and finished them both in 1 sitting.
That is at least 4k calories I've taken in today (not even counting the large breakfast I head) so in total about 5k calories or there abouts in 1 day, I feel so horrible like I want to jump out of the window for letting all that hard work go to waste, I'm bloated as hell and I just feel miserable. What can I do at this point, do I have to chug water/green tea ? Go for a 3 mile sprint, anything at all that can help me ? Worst of all, I have a bodybuilding competition on Teusday...
