Hey guys. I'm new here. My bf suggested I try coming on here. I've been overweight basically my whole life. I try diets and fail, I try being active and fail. I'm very unhappy with myself and how I look. I'm about to be 38 and I am 100lbs overweight. I'm a very picky eater and an emotional eater. Carbs and cheese are my thing. In the past I've eaten until I throw up. Luckily I'm not doing that these days, but I do eat fast. I "inhale" food.
I had knee surgery last fall because my weight has taken its toll on my knees. I'm begging for help. Any tips or tricks? Any diets that are doable without starving? I don't know, this just seems impossible.
