I've been losing around 1kg/week for about three weeks but I've started sleeping less. I used to sleep about 7-8h but now I keep waking up ~4h after going to sleep and then I'm unable to fall asleep again. Then when I need to get prepared for school I'm really tired and I guess this is fucking up my lifting too. Has anyone else experienced this? What should I try? And please don't recommend drugs! I don't consume caffeine because of heart issues and I don't want to start taking anything else because of various side effects. Medication only relieves symptoms but I want to solve the underlying issues.
