Just looking for some advice from those who have experienced this before

Hello all, so I lost a bunch of weight a few years back, but there is still something I struggle with and that’s up and down dieting, weight fluctuations and lack of constant gym use. I will always do this to myself, I find something that works, go the gym 5 days a week and weight lift and I can drop a good amount of weight. However, there always seems to be a day where I just hit a wall and stop going, stop eating right, and just don’t care anymore then the binging starts. While mentally I just feel like garbage until I hit a breaking point. I am currently dealing with this right now, I am absolutely sick and tired of it and I’m sick of finding something that works and one day I stop. Does anyone have advice for me how to prevent this from happening, I can’t keep putting myself through this.
