I'm struggling.

25/M, 6ft, sw 280lb (water weight/poop evidently accounts for a lot), cw 265lb, gw 190lb

I walk anywhere between 2-5 miles a day at work (not much I know) and have been trying to stay under 2300 calories a day to slowly lose weight.

I'm only on day 9 of tracking my food and I'm struggling with binging when I get home.

Are there any low calorie, filling snacks that don't require refrigeration? I don't have easy access to a fridge at work and my lunch box doesn't stay cold very long.

I just binged 500 grams of sweet and sour chicken (no sauce) and have no idea how many calories are in it. But I'm assuming around 1400 at a minimum given it's breaded and delicious.
