I'm 30 years old and I've been overweight my whole adult life. From the time I hit puberty (age 11) I ballooned and I've never been able to shake it off. This passed year I've really noticed how unhappy and unmotivated I am and I really want to change it. So tonight I've signed up for weight watchers after looking up a bunch of plans the past few days and my sister had good results with it. I've also reached out to a crossfit place about joining. I lack motivation and from what I read crossfit is very motivating. I'm not planning on being a size 0 or run a 5k. I'm 250 right now and I feel 180 would be a good size for me. I want to be healthier, more active and able to play with my 3 year old better. I just wanted to put this out here and finally take the steps in this journey instead of just thinking about it.
