Hi. I’m a 19M, 172CM. I don’t know how much I weight to be honest. Right now, I’m trying to eat between 1600 and 1850 calories per day as, according to some calculators, would help me to burn around 3 KG’s per month. I’ve started this year, and excepting a few days, I’m not having any problems with it, so I’d like to know how much time should I keep doing this more or less, as I have no idea lol.
How many kilos/pounds do you think I should lose? I don’t want to see my abs rn, my objetive is just having a smaller belly. I thought 6/8 KG’s could be good, but I don’t have any idea tbh.
