Hi!
I'm 32, 1,73cm (5'6") height.
Until october I was nearly 85Kg. Back then I started to feel pulsations and dizziness that almost took me to faint. Now I'm finishing a treatment with diet and medication for overweight and hypertriglyceridemia. So, due to the treatment I'm at 76-77Kg now but need to lose some more weight.
The problem is that from some time ago, everyday in the afternoon I have so much hunger, almost like a need of carbs only. That has been a little stronger lately because of the recent holiday season.
I would like to hear some advice from this sub about How can I supress this afternoon hunger? I think it is the main obstacle on the road to my health goal. Furthermore, I am going to live for 2 years at least in Lisbon, which makes this need I have even more important to make a lifestyle.
