(Help me out with losing the last bit of weight I have on, if you don’t wanna read this all) (I don’t go the gym frequently, I’m busy with school and sometimes I’m too pooped from being around so much people at school all day being a nervous wreck . I go on weekends tho. Plus I’m too young so certain people make me go but there’s on old fart who does the most if I show so I just have to turn away)
Hi I’m 15, turning 16 soon. 2 years ago I lost 40-45lbs. I was at boarding school and wanted to fit in and be slimmer, I had lots of great friends which encourage me to try volleyball and I cut out soda etc, I fasted and did IF ALOT because I didn’t like the food served at my school and I like to save money to treat myself at later dates.
I went to 160lbs, everywhere I went people told me how I changed blah blah if you know you know, it can be overwhelming but people really started to treat me differently and respect me way more. I migrated that same year, 2018. Nobody to help me, my social skills or insanely garbage I have no friends , it’s been a year. Now it’s 22 and I maintained my weight to a level after gaining 13 then losing 7 then gaining a bit more and I’m up to 168lbs.
For people who have maintained their weight and kept it off, or for those who were stuck in a situation like me, not being able to lose more. I’m ok with how I look but I don’t wanna be normal anymore, I don’t wanna be an outcast either, i don’t wanna be seen as some random extra in my classes, I wanna tone up shed a bit more fat and feel great. I’m looking...15lbs for the next 3 months? What made you guys finally get the last bit of weight off? I was struck with so much sadness and despair, I was even balding from stress. Help a bro out.
