This year would be my fourth attempt to lose weight but while I feel like I should be kicking myself, I am proud that I am starting at my lowest weight.
I’ve maintained the past three years while I went back to school and took care of my mental health. It was a stressful period but I didnt binged my way back to my highest.
This time, I’ve stayed in Onderland.
I’ve taken all that I’ve learned from my previous attempts and found combinations that work and didn’t.
This year, I am excited to finally break past a mini goal that I’ve set for myself over ten years ago. This year, I am excited to reach my goal.
I feel like I am better prepared to handle the things that would normally throw me off. I feel like I finally learned that it takes discipline to get to where I need to go
