I was very unmotivated to try again as I was extremely tire these past days. Today is - 3 in Finland and I thought I'd run now and warm myself up. Somehow I went from 20 mins to 16.4.... This just goes to show you that everyone has good and bad days. Only my 20 minute run I had to keep stopping and walking, I felt unmotivated and I felt extremely fat. On this run I felt motivated to get out the cold, beat my last time and I didn't feel so self conscious. By the way I'm F,22,99kg On my next run it may take me 25 minutes or it may take me 16.3, I don't know. The point is that I just keep trying and that I don't worry about how long it takes me. What matters is that I don't give up, even if I get tired and cold and need to walk.
Thank you to everyone who encouraged me and congratulations to all of you that actually did go on a run after my last post. I'm proud of you guys and I am blessed to have your love and support ❤️
