Feeling nervous

40f, sw220, gw140

Last year went to the doctor to get my thyroid checked. I have to go back for the results next week and I Will be weighed again and measured again. Also, getting an ultrasound.

The difference is that I have been counting and logging my calories religiously since dec30th (not much, I know)

My exercise routine has been practically the same for three years (Hatha/ vinyasa yoga and cardio)

I am eating 1600 cals a day, mostly from veggies. Some days I won't Even reach the 1600 mark (which i have no idea if it is a good thing or not) because I feel so full.

But I am so afraid that nothing has changed weight wise that my anxiety is through the roof right now.

Has anyone had noticeable changes in that span of time? I know everyone is different and I have Lost weight in the past, albeit not in a healthy way (diet pills, ED, extreme exercising, etc.)

So I have no idea what to expect.

Ps. I don't own a scale, have only weigh ins at the doc because of a past ED.
